Taxes

Please note that if you refuse shipment or fail to pay any import charges, you will be responsible for the original shipping fee, any import charges incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. The total amount will be deducted from your refund.
Returns & Exchanges
For unused regular-priced products, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days after the goods are delivered (except for discounted products).
Please note that returned items should be new and undamaged, with all tags attached in the original packaging. After the package is sent, please check the logistics in time, we cannot be responsible for any lost return package. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for orders that do not comply with our return policy. Please note that all costs incurred for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
In rare cases, if you find that the product you purchased is damaged in transit or shipped incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, and we will deal with it for you as soon as possible.
